If you need to go into quarantine, but do not have the possibility at home, Ballerup Kommune can help you find a place to quarantine. Contact us by phone.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm: Tel: +45 2535 2946.

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, 9am to 9pm: Tel: +45 4081 3442.

Before calling us, please have the following ready:

Evidence of a positive COVID-19 test result

Social security number, name, current address and phone number

Reason for the need to quarantine away from your current place of residence

After calling us, you can expect us to call you back within a few hours to tell you if you have been approved for a quarantine stay away from your current place of residence.
